1. CARD electronic products provide a year warranty repair service from the date of original purchase. In the valid year period, it's exempted from repair fee.

2. The battery, Cable wire and other accessories products, belongs to the natural consumables, these items are not included in the scope of free services.

3. New NG product exchange-principle: customers purchased replacement within seven days from original purchase date. For the function of non-human damage occurred, with relevant purchase proof .To send to our services location for replace new products. The product with its accessories and packaging must be complete. If over the limit day, it will be overdue in exchange-principle and to be maintenance treatment.

4. The scope of new product exchange service: (cannot normally switch on the phone/ cannot operate keypads / cannot display screen properly.)

5. Replacement parts, CARD provides same specification or a better quality products . Any unit or defective part which has been replaced shall become our property.
